The surgery took place at the Montreal Neurological Institute, in Canada, in February 2009. The great Dr. Rolando Del Maestro was the neurosurgeon who took the case. His research is focused on surgical simulation using the NeuroTouch platform, working in cooperation with the National Research Council of Canada and multiple national and international research groups.
