I have researched and spoken to the best specialists in the field. I had several sessions with Dr. William Pawluk, who is “the” expert in the field of PEMF.
We agreed to go for two therapies, one at a time (to minimize costs).
Low-Intensity Device (Beginning of 2017)
This device, called FlexPulse, helped me when seizures were not controlled during sleep (increased auras, basically, as I never get seizures at night). Unfortunately, this did not help by all means, on any level, with seizure control.
That left us to go for the heavier, more expensive device. I had to wait until I could save cash for that!
Worth mentioning: This little machine did some magic for pain related to fractions for my daughter and a couple of friends.
High Intensity (2018 onwards)
So, I had to buy the PEMF 120 device.
This device surely gave me some energy during the mornings, which is when I needed it the most. However, this device got “unlucky,” as my body went down miserably while I was trying it. At the time, I was working on other protocols that broke me down (which we now know was due to a set of supplements interacting with Trileptal).
So, after failing to use this machine on the first try, I decided to put its use on hold until my body calmed down. Given that at the time of writing this, my body has improved, I am intending to put it back into use as soon as I decide what to bring back first (I have learned to put things in sequence to figure out what’s probably working, or not working).
